 - 1+ Prenatal visits to discuss birth options, preferences, strategies and planning for postpartum 
 - 24-hour phone and email support during pregnancy and after birth 
 - Continuous labor support once my presence is requested at the birth 
(with backup doulas when necessary)
- Immediate postpartum support at the place of birth
 - A home visit after the birth to review the birth experience and to offer some resources on  postpartum adjustment, breastfeeding and newborn care
